50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

Notes
All stays are subject to a $350 cleaning fee, a $100 administrative fee, a daily resort fee of $30 per day, and applicable taxes of 12.75%. An optional pet fee of $150 will apply to bookings that bring a dog under 50 pounds.
